Meetings for 2010/2011

General Membership Meetings: 8:00 pm

• Refer to the red markers on the home page calendar.
• Normally held on the 2nd or 3rd Monday of each month except when a school holiday falls on that Monday.
• Normally held in the cafeteria, and on occasions in the auditorium.
• Your participation is encouraged and always welcome!
• Family memberships are $10.00

Executive Board Meetings: 6:30 pm (unless otherwise noted by the SMUPA President)

• Held on the 3rd Monday of each month (see exceptions noted above), prior to the General Membership meeting.
• Executive Board members are elected each year from the general membership. You must be a paid member in order to run for the Executive Board.

Meeting Date Exceptions

• October - held the week before Music in Motion.
• December - No meeting.
• February - Coordinated with school musical.

Chaperones for football games and festivals

• Are chosen at the August Executive Board Meeting from the Executive Board members.
